Phil held the Twins to one run, Boone and Luis pitched scoreless innings. A good game by Phil. Run support was there, Russell Martin went deep twice, that gives him 15 for this year. And he is so cute.

The big man steps up and gets it done (17). Holding the Twinkies to 4 runs. Robertson and Wade also got it done with their scoreless innings.
The bats helped with Mark, Nick and Andruw each hitting a home run.

Colon pitched 5 innings and gave up 5 runs. Noesi finished the game, holding the Royals to the 5 runs, Curtis and Russell each hit home runs to help the Yankee offense but it wasn’t enough.
